VISA REQUIREMENTS FOR THAILAND

DOCUMENT NEEDED

➤Medical treatment, applicant have to submit copy of Bangladeshi hospital treatment and Recommendation letter from local doctor (BD).
➤Appointment letter from the Thai hospital .
➤Passport with validity not less than 6 months from the time of application.
➤One set of passport photocopy page 1-5, correction page, last Thai visa page & renewal page   if any.
➤2 copy (35X45) mm size color picture with white back ground (no cap or sun glass). 
➤Update Bank statement for the last 6 months (balance more than 1Lac) and bank solvency   certificate.
➤Leave letter from the office if employed or student and must official ID card copy. 
➤Trade license copy Notarized if (businessman).
➤Company pad and visiting card.
➤If Child then Birth certificate or school ID card copy. 
➤A copy of air ticket or a booking confirmation or an itinerary.
➤Parents’ consent letter for applicant aged under 18.
